Cowl scarve




Ok the cowl I have here is made to fit a child from 4-6. This of of course can be changed to fit teen - adult, just by changing the amount of beginning chain row.  What you want is to ch the width of your neck. Measure from the collar bone to the chin.


What you'll need:
Crochet hook  (k 6.5 mm)
Yarn needle
Scissors





Ch 22

Row 1: Dc into the 4th ch from hook, and every ch to end.

Row 2: ch 3 (this counts as your first dc)
Sp first st, and dc into the next, and the next 18 sts.  (20sts)

Row 3: ch 3 sp  first st and dc into the next st, and the next 19dc. Working the last dc into the top of the ch 3. (20sts)

                                                       
Row 4-40 repeat row 3.

Whip st the two ends together. Place a st marker on the outside of the cowl so you know the inside from the outside.

Take the side, which is now the top/ bottom of you cowl.
Add yarn and ch 2 this dose not count as a st.

Row 1: place 2 dc into the first sp. (Which is the end dc, and beginning ch 3) Make 2dc into each.  slst into top of first dc. (80 sts)

Row 2: ch 2, *1 fpdc, 1 bpdc * repeat from * to* slst into first fpdc.

Row 3: ch 1, *1 fphdc 1 bphdc* repeat from *to*. Slst into the top of first fphdc.

repeat on other side.

weave in ends and enjoy!!

Coffee mug coasters


what you'll need:
scissors
tapestry needle
cotton yarn
H8 5.00mm crochet hook












Ch 16

Row 1: turn ch and sc in the 2nd ch bump from hook. Sc 1 into each of the back bumps of ch. (15 sts)

Row 2: Ch 1. 1sc in each st. (15sts)

Repeat row 2-9

Row 10: Ch 1, sc2tog, 11sc, sc2tog (13sts)

Row 11: Ch 1, 1sc into each sts (13sts)

Row 12: Ch 1. sc2tog 9sc, sc2tog.  (11sts)

Row 13: Ch1. 1sc into every sts. (11sts)

Row 14: Ch1. Sc2tog 7sc sc2tog (9sts)

Row 15:  Ch1. Sc into every sts (9sts)

Row 16 : Ch1. Sc2tog, 5sc sc2tog (7sts

For right hand handle

Row 17: ch1. 1sc into every st (7 sts)

Row 18: ch1. 1sc into every st for 6 sts into the 7th st make 3 sc.

 Working up the side make 14 sc evenly. In the 15th st make 3 sc. Now working across the top of cup work the back loops working 13sts. In the 14th st work 3 sc. Now working down the other side of cup making 15 sc evenly. slst into the ch1 of the bottom st.

Handle: ch1 turn to work back up the side. skip first st and sl st into next 3. Ch 13. And sc into 10th st. And 11th st. Ch1 turn sc into 2sc, and sc into the next 12sts. Sl st into The next st. Fasten off

For left hand handle

Row 17: ch1, 1sc into the next 6 sts. Make 3sc into the 7th st.

Working up the side make 14 sc evenly. In the 15th st make 3 sc. Now working across the top of cup work the back loops working 13sts. In the 14th st work 3 sc. Now working down the other side of cup making 14sc evenly. Into the 15th st make 3 sc and sc into the next 6 sts. Sl st into the first side st. And sl st into the next 2 sts.

Handle:  Ch 13. And sc into 10th st. And 11th st. Ch1 turn sc into 2sc, and sc into the next 12sts. Sl st into The next st. Fasten off.

Flour-less peanut butter almond oat nummies







This batch of cookies make about 30 cookies depending on how small or big you like your cookies. I got 30 out of my batch.









1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup almonds unsalted( if you can't find unsalted any will do)

1 cup raisins

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

5 TBS light brown sugar

1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

1 banana

2 egg whites

1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup grape juice

Step one: lightly chop almonds( at least most of them are chopped). And add oats, raisins, baking soda, cinnamon, brown sugar, chocolate chunks,  and chopped almonds in to a medium bowl and mix well. Set the dry ingredients aside.

Step two: mash banana in a large bowl, and add peanut butter, egg whites, honey, vanilla, mix until  well blended.  Now slowly add dry ingredients. And mix until well blended. Now lastly add grape juice, and mix until the juice is well blended.

Step three: put a piece of clear plastic wrap over dough and chill in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step four:  when dough has chilled for 30 minutes preheat oven to 350°  and spray pan with cookie spray. And start placing dough on the pan placing three a crossed and going four down making 5 down.  Having 15 cookie on the sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Place on a cooling rack. Can be eaten warm or room temperature. 
Place dough in the refrigerator in between baking.

Chin: ch
Half double crochet: hdc
Stitch(s): st(s)


Ch 15

Row 1:  hdc in the 3rd ch from hook. Make 13 hdc in the next 13 chs. 14sts

The ch does not count as hdc

Row 2: ch 2,  1 hdc into the first st. And every st to end making last hdc into top of ch2. 14sts.

Row 3-13 repeat row 2


finish off yarn leave the tail for later. weave tail in from ch row. cut yarn. and now take the tail from row 13 and whip st ch edge together . weave in the tail and your done!
