Flour-less peanut butter almond oat nummies

This batch of cookies make about 30 cookies depending on how small or big you like your cookies. I got 30 out of my batch.

1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup almonds unsalted( if you can't find unsalted any will do)

1 cup raisins

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

5 TBS light brown sugar

1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

1 banana

2 egg whites

1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup grape juice

Step one: lightly chop almonds( at least most of them are chopped). And add oats, raisins, baking soda, cinnamon, brown sugar, chocolate chunks,  and chopped almonds in to a medium bowl and mix well. Set the dry ingredients aside.

Step two: mash banana in a large bowl, and add peanut butter, egg whites, honey, vanilla, mix until  well blended.  Now slowly add dry ingredients. And mix until well blended. Now lastly add grape juice, and mix until the juice is well blended.

Step three: put a piece of clear plastic wrap over dough and chill in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step four:  when dough has chilled for 30 minutes preheat oven to 350°  and spray pan with cookie spray. And start placing dough on the pan placing three a crossed and going four down making 5 down.  Having 15 cookie on the sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Place on a cooling rack. Can be eaten warm or room temperature.
Place dough in the refrigerator in between baking.

I really hope every one likes these cookies!!! And please feel free to substitute any ingredients if you have allergies, to any of the ingredients I use.
